The Executive director, Mrs Julie Onovwiona was today conferred the Gimbiyan Matasan Arewa/Sir Ahmadu Bello Platinum Leadership Award of Excellence 2017 by the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria for her commitment and drive towards youth development and immense contributions to humanity.
This has confirmed the fact that your relentless and selfless service to society is not just seen within the school/educational system but felt by the global community. This community has witnessed how you elbowed your way through all hardships and worked for the destitute, the needy and the poor to get to where you are today.
With this recent award from the Northern Youth Council of Nigeria, no doubt you have not retired in your selfless and humanitarian services to all most especially the destitute and less privileged. You really have become the beacon of light for all those who want to follow your footsteps.
Ma, you have been working tirelessly for the last two decades on this project – #ChangingingLives and has proved that if anybody want to bring about positive change, they can do so by changing themselves and working for collective good of the common man. We only hope we too would someday do something worthwhile like you have taught us taking inspiration from your contributions to humanity.
